1. Services
NexRank provides digital marketing, web design, SEO, content creation, and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are agreed upon before work begins and outlined in our project agreement.
2. Payment Terms
- 50% advance payment is required before project commencement
- Remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per milestones agreed
- Monthly retainer payments are due on the 1st of each month
- Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other agreed methods
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, required content, login credentials, and approvals. Delays caused by the client may affect the project timeline.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns all final deliverables created specifically for their project. NexRank retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is explicitly requested.
5. Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as specified in the project scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately at our standard hourly rate.
6. Results Disclaimer
While we commit to delivering high-quality work and our best efforts, specific results such as rankings, traffic, or revenue cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on many external factors including market conditions and competition.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly. Advance payments for unstarted work will be refunded.
